These terms apply to services provided by DC CONSULTANCY LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 500 4th St NW, Ste 102, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States.
Services
We provide AI and automation consulting: AI assistants, business messaging setup, workflow automation, implementation and training. The scope, price and timeline of each engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
Payment
Invoices are due within the term stated on the invoice. Fees exclude taxes we are required to collect.
Your accounts and data
Systems we set up run on accounts you own. You are responsible for having the right to the data you share with us and for obtaining any consent that messaging laws require.
Messaging
Where we message you by WhatsApp or SMS, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out.
Liability
We deliver our services with care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
